13 Grams

13 Grams of Fiber per serving (Thank you, Fiber One Cereal) is a lot for this pregnant tummy to handle.  And in some broccoli for lunch and I am not a happy camper.   BOO.

    my hubby has a crude name for those fiber one bars… you’re suffering enough though, so i will spare you. lol

    LLL eats the fiber one bars and the yogurt! I can only eat one of the bars every 2 or 3 days other wise there’s “negative” side effects-I’ll spare you the details
